Welcome to Lumera Labs Research LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at mylumeralabs.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Site or purchase our products.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Lumera Labs Research LLC are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic formulation, therapeutic application, or diagnostic testing. By purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that you will use the products solely for lawful research purposes and that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are accurate and up to date. However, Lumera Labs Research LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. If a product you receive does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Lumera Labs Research LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lumera Labs Research LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
