Shipping Policy

At Lumera Labs, we understand that maintaining the stability of your research compounds is paramount. Our shipping infrastructure is built around speed, security, and environmental control.

Domestic Shipping

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and dispatched the same day. Standard domestic shipping utilizes USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day, taking 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping & Cold Chain

For sensitive liquid formulations, we offer FedEx Standard Overnight. Select formulations are shipped in thermally insulated packaging with refrigerant packs to ensure the compound remains within its optimal temperature window during transit.

International Shipping

Lumera Labs currently exports to Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European nations. All international shipments are sent via DHL Express. Please note that customs delays are outside of our control, and buyers are strictly responsible for abiding by local importation laws regarding laboratory research chemicals.
